Large Tenmuko casserole Sam_7512

This is not marked but has such an idiosyncratic design that I thought that someone must have come across it or something similar before. Can any light be cast?

No marks to be seen, just well-grogged stoneware clay with a very slight red-brown tinge. Nicely cut foot rim and very even finishing around the bottom where the glaze reaches to. The glaze itself is a very dark brown verging on black with an even orange peel finish except where it breaks into decoration. Whoever made it knew what they were doing.
