Identify my vases please! :)

I recently inherited these vases but know little about them, any information on maker, uses and value would be fantastic, many thanks! :)

I've seen a jardiniere on Ebay with this mark and "Made In Austria" impressed beneath it

According to this page the makers are probably Julius Greiner & Sohn, although some attribute it to Gerbing & Stephan:

And indeed the cross in a circle seems to be a feature of many Gerbing & Stephan marks. The pottery was at Bodenbach (Podmokly)  now in the Czech Republic.
