Beautiful bowl. The colour combination is one used by Mike Powers and Chris Marsden, but not seen anything in this pattern before

The decoration under the foot is an unususal attention to detail,
like Tchalenko or Dartington.

My first thought was Tchalenko, but without markings, hard to tell.
