It's the mark of the Mayer & Co porcelain factory in Poschetzau, Bohemia that opened around 1890 and closed in 1968. When it opened it was in Germany and then became part of Czechoslovakia after one of those wars (probably 2nd WW). It's now in the Czech Republic.

The factory specialised in utility wares for export.
