Help with Spooky Wall Sculpture and Signature

This is probably a long shot but was wondering if anyone has seen something like this before - I believe its a wall plaque / sculpture (8"x6") and signed on back, looks like "Slaywill" or "Haywill" to me. My first thought is it's a student or hobby artist - I found it at an auction in Pennsylvania. I believe it to be old as it was covered under a thick layer of dust. Any help would be appreciated.
