It's not Brannam from what I can tell. Bretby is an option as they made so much but the early logo is a different shape to the one here. Lauder also from Barnstable is also possible, you don't see much of it about and that green is a bit like them.
But from gazing at that picture of the base for a while it could read Dunmore. A Scottish art pottery company known to me for being magpies of others designs and doing later versions of things like Burmantofts grotesques. www.studiopottery.com has some info on them

it should be said to be fair Dunmore ware was highly regarded and had Royal patronage , in 1886 the were awarded a medal at an Exhibition in Edinburgh which also featured Linthorpe, Doulton and Burmantofts , Burmantofts were the ones known to copy Linthorpe.

I don't have a huge amount of personal info on Dunmore, its not easy to find. But on several occasions I have come across Burmantofts grotesques designs I wanted to buy but then found out the ones I had found had been produced by Dunmore. That's what formed my impressions. It's the same impression I have for much of Aults output, re-released Linthorpe designs. But back then when factories closed the molds got sold on and got made again by the new owners.
