Wall Plaque....any ideas ...plenty of clues..but i'm clever enough

Thought that....wondered who the maker was

although just discovered Praga is a district of Krakow !

No..very different,,,,much thicker..and almost brick like

my guess is they are both touristware

i wonder what 1493 is about...and what the trademark is(i have googled)

There seems to be a famous book of maps with drawings of buildings in Praga (Prague) of that date...... so based on that I assume.
