What is the polish word in the mark? From that angle it looks like Chodzin but nothing's coming up on google.

Re: its Polish...but i know no more
It's Fabyka Porcelany i Wyrobow Ceramicznych w Cmielowie, Spolka Akcyjna or any other jumble of consonants.
Basically, the same company that produces wares with Cmielow on the mark in the town of Cmielow but this was produced in another factory in the town of Chodziez.

Yes, so much easier than Württembergische Metallwarenfabrik.

Re: its Polish...but i know no more
The factory has been in production since the end of the 19th century and is still there. Much of the production was certainly aimed at the export market and so it tends to follow decorative trends elsewhere.
Therefore I would imagine that your dish was made in the 1960s.

Re: its Polish...but i know no more
This piece is from the manufacture in Chodzież.
Polskie Fabryki Porcelany Ćmielów i Chodzież S.A. are the biggest manufacturers of table porcelain in Europe. They used to trade under separate names until fusion that occurred I have no idea when but I'm guessing after the WW2
Your piece also bears the mark of "Cepelia" and artist's signature. Cepelia (1949–1990) was centrally run group (everything during the comunist times was government run) of folk artists and folklore related societies. Cepelia had a network of shops around Poland that sold and promoted folk manufactures and artists.
Pieces made for Cepelia are all different and unique, may not be to everyone's taste but each is unique and there are already many collectors of that sort of things in Poland.
