Failed to pin down the monogram which i thin is possibly DR or PR maybe ?

Many similarities with a lustre vase I put on here ages ago, so I would go with Italian.
Even a PR monogram in blue!

I've found some very similar decoration on vases by Luca Della Robbia from around the 50s...
Maybe a possibility?
