Lariade Juncais Empty Lariade Juncais

I've failed to find any info regarding this piece. I'm guessing it's Spanish or maybe French? Cool abstract design with some weird plant projecting out of two heads.
My guess is that it's made by a unknown artist or a hobby potter after consuming some LSD but any opinions would be welcome.

Searching juncais throws up Portugal as a possible location
