Didn't find the castle type mark. Can anyone help?

Not British. Looks to be in a traditional European style.

looks like a name at the bottom of the castle ending EER try a piece of blu tac to transfer the impression

There is an English slipware pottery which uses a castle mark (as yet unidentified, but possibly Plymouth) but I don't think it's this one. I suspect it's Eastern European. It looks similar in shape and decoration to the Polish and Hungarian slipware that we see a lot of over here.
