Posting it on the off chance it might be Abuja, but I think the clay's too light for that. Has a greenish tint to the brown glaze. Moroccan, maybe?

clay seems to be wrong colour for abuja , morrocan potterry tends to have more symetrical patterns

Could it still be African?
Wondered if it might be Korean or Vietnamese but, again, I think the clay's wrong.
