I couldn't live without car boot sales. Where else can you find world class pottery for mere pence?
This is a design by Brigitte Doege for Rosenthal. I must have had this for 20 years and I still find it amazing.
Beautifully made with gold and silver shiny bits which are still in excellent condition. She started working for
Rosenthal in 1985 and as far as I am aware is still, although she does lots of other stuff.
So, modern contemporary but has got to be something that is going to be appreciated in the future imho.
