Thanks big Ed. I think probably Bay Keramik, because i have a bay small pitcher with a similar numeration on the base. Look at Bay, Germany 2013-010

I had a small wall piece with this decor and bay sticker , however the 551 form number seems to be a commone one with some german factories .
