This really is a longshot for anyone to be able to ID this piece but you know what they say "if you don't ask, you don't get" lol.  Beautifully handpainted and absolutely nothing on the back to give me any clues as to where to start.  Not hopeful that anyone can help but I thought it worth a try:happy2:

Looks like the work of an amateur albeit talented artist painting a blank. It's a shame they haven't signed it.
