Vase maker ID please, - cerdazur monaco Empty Vase maker ID please, - cerdazur monaco

I am trying to ID some vases for a friend, possibly French and have incised marks on the base.

116 DP

The rest I am unable to make out but at a first glance I thought the last part might have been Monaco, but now unsure that I was correct with that.

Came across a plate with a similar black glaze ground and brightly coloured fish decoration, and incised mark. Not exactly the same, but maybe from the same area?
