Dragonfly terracotta majolica jug. Inscribed NR mark - Italian? P1180820 Dragonfly terracotta majolica jug. Inscribed NR mark - Italian? P1180821

Mid-sized 10" spout to handle jug with painted decoration. Very 80's/90's Crafts Council.
Inscribed NR mark so far unable to identify. Any help would be much appreciated. Thanks.

I think that I have seen the mark before but don't think that it is British.
