Decorative carved Wall Plaque Empty Decorative carved Wall Plaque

I'm hoping someone will identify this plaque. I know absolutely nothing about it other than trying to obtain information during my research. At the moment I have know idea who would of made it.   It seems to be very well made in my opinion.   The carvings is all hand done and that includes the boarder area.  Can you help me with identification please.

A lot of the pictures are blank when clicked on, and the first photo is blurred. Can you upload a photo of the back and another of the front.

The wood looks like Mahogany. Possibly made as one of a set of panels for a piece of furniture, eg, cupboard doors.
I think I've seen that pattern of dots on the background of the carvings in Indian pieces (from India), or may be Indonesian.

Thnx NaomiM, Would I be correct in saying that this is made around the 60's and the wood is mahogany?
