Nybro glass character. Empty Nybro glass character.

A glass paperweight made by Nybro, Sweden with label and signed.
Any suggestions for the name of the character would be appreciated. I thought it was possibly a Moomin with a stick or sword, but my Swedish friend disagrees.

I don't recognise it. I don't think it's a Moomin.
