Looks like a tourist piece, showing an outline of Switzerland and the position of towns and cities within it (the circles).
The words Svizzera Schweiz Switzerland and Suisse are just Switzerland in different languages (German, Italian etc), rather than a manufacturer's name.

This shows the item well. You can ask the maker when they either decided to omit or add the little square with all the words for Switzerland on it... they are very helpful,
