Doesn't look Czech at all.
The shape looks Murano'esque, not so sure about the garish colours...

How is the base finished? Shiny or rather matte? (I can't really see it in the pic)

Then I would rather guess TK Maxx / Chinese.
But never mind -- we all have one or the other piece of Chinese glass in our collections...
