ID confirmation, Bohemian Spatter glass vases

Hoping that these were possibly Bohemian, Clear inner, cased in white and then overlaid with multi colour glass. Ribbed handles.18 cms tall. Would this be Spatter Vase? Base is concave and smooth. All thoughts appreciated John

Well the handles look Victorian.
There's a similar one - ie, spatter glass, and white inside layer on ebay right now listed as "Antique c1900 Bohemian/Czech Orange & Pink Spatter Glass Vase with Rustic Base"

Have just found identical piece listed on Ebay as Antique Bohemian FRANZ WELZ rainbow spatter vase. Can anybody confirm that attribution please

Welz seems very likely.
