Green hooped bubble glass tankard - Scandi?

Recent Ebay purchase. The label on the base didn't arrive with the item, unfortunately, but I did manage to get a screen grab. It's 6" high and quite substantial. Anyone recognise this make? I can't read the name on the label. Is it too much to hope that Erik Hoglund had a hand in it?

Not a Hoglund design as far as I know. Unusual handle, nice design.

Could the label have been Bergdala?
