Can anyone help me ID this small vase please?

Picked up this cute little ball type vase and it's signed but the sig is really awkward and sloppy so I can't read it. Hoping someone might recognize the sig or the style. Thanks in advance for your help.

The first part looks 'Blow' Blowzone 97 Iestyn Davies perfume bottle maybe? just a guess.
