Hello, I have this bowl but cannot identify the signature, so I am hoping someone can! Apologies for the image, but it's quite difficult to capture on camera. The piece is dated '90. Any help appreciated such as the likely origin etc etc.

if you take a good pic of the signature in the right light you could make it readable using photoshop
