Solid rosewood handles inlaid with brushed silver to match the grain of the wood. The bottle-opener is marked 'SMS Rustfri Stål' (SMS stainless steel in Danish). Not been able to track down any reference for a company called SMS, though.

Presumably 1950s-60s.
