Moulded clear glass hand paperweight / ashtray - Id?

Found this in a local charity shop. No marks or labels. Slightly smaller than a life-sized woman's hand.
Searched the usual suspects but can't find anything similar - of course it doesn't help that every time you search for 'hand' and 'glass', etc, it lists all the hand blown, hand decorated and hand made stuff too.
A little bit of wear on the base so not brand new, but doubt it dates back more than 10-20 years.
Suggestions?

Can't find one by Pukeberg. Iittala, Kosta Boda and Walther (Germany) have also drawn a blank.

Came across a pair of feet ashtrays online, today, designed by Don Shepherd for Blenko. It's possible this hand is also one of his.
