green glass jar - deco or later? Empty green glass jar - deco or later?

can anyone help ID this lidded jar? it has a mixture of clear green glass with some bubbles, and the body of the piece has opaque white inside. The foot is a cone shape. I have no idea of maker, country, age, but someone suggested deco ... which i can kind of see. My first thought was more 50s/60s?
