Glass Ceiling shade doesnt look british Empty Glass Ceiling shade doesnt look british

Hi I have this Large Glass ceiling lamp and it has a sticker on it but all the sticker says is : Hand Made British Glass.

Any ideas on the origin, im guessing its 1970's maybe earlier?
