I can see similarities, but I haven't seen any of his work signed this way. Not sure even if I still have it, if I do its in the mountain of boxes in my garage!!

The mark reminds me of the incised 'Marc' used by Marcus Goldberger at Prima Pottery Folkestone. He used red earthenware, and did a wide range of decorative stuff.
