engraved glass... holmegaard ?

before i try to find out what this engraved F.K. EKO 1942 means
it might be helpful to find the maker of this glass
height is 10cm diameter at the opening is 6cm
the blue color might be the right one for holmegaard
but I don't have any holmegaard to compare with

or strombergshyttan maybe?

I found this link for the engraving but my translating wont work but got as far as
1942 winter Olympics being cancelled as we were busy at that time with WW2. (didnt know there was supposed to be one but its on the net so must be true )The link below which was the only link with FK Eko other than FK being Football Club seems to be the memoirs of a Swedish gent and orienteering but as I said I couldnt translate it. Eko is Swedish for echo. Im very bored being so hope you dont mind me taking a look now time for more kip.
