Hi, I’m hoping the rather unusual pinky cream clay body might  help identify this cute little mug - it does have a mark, but I can’t find it….

It looks like Ara Cardew's seal.

Thank you both very much - I had thought Wenford Bridge when I first picked it up but had completely forgotten this when it finally emerged from a crate months later! I’ll go and do some reading up on Ara Cardew.

This was an interesting one. Described by the auctioneers as Wenford Bridge Michael Cardew. But it only had the Wenford Bridge mark on it. The hammer price was £180. It reminds me more of Svend Bayer than Michael Cardew. Any thoughts?
