I bought this at a bootsale today,the seller thinks it's Scandinavian but can anyone tell me the maker please?

Seen a fair few of these about - often touted as Riihimaki (Finland), but I suspect they're more likely European.

thanks Nik,I thought it was Riihimaki (better stick to pottery)
