I've seen one in green with a very doubtful attribution, I'm hoping someone here will know what this is,

previously seen attributed to Kaj Franck, which I very much doubt, and after searching 'octagonal' just found another three attributed to Gunnar Ander, Lindshammer... would this info be correct?

Yes, Starkheld have those three for sale and they are usually reliable. I have seen the attribution confirmed elsewhere, that example also had a Geo Hardy Swedish Art Glass (importers) label.
