Small vase or paperweight Empty Small vase or paperweight

Hi there -- we found this small (~3" tall) green bud vase or paperweight this weekend at an estate sale. It looks very Scandi to me, the green is very close to the green we see in a lot of Dansk glassware. The piece appears to be hand blown, and the base has been fire polished. Would love any ID help if anyone has any thoughts!
