Please could someone identify my glass

I have absolutely no idea what this is the nearest I got to identifying it was as a piece of Chance glass but the swirls actually meet so I am really not sure. It is very small 8cm x 8cm across the top and 3cm high. The glass is clear and very thin with what looks like strands of blue and white running through it. You can feel ridges on the inside of the dish. There are also some tiny bubbles within the glass. Are the strands glass or painted. Any information would be much appreciated. Thanks

Aureliano Toso might be a good bet. Although they did use this technique, the quality doesn't look to be there for Venini.
