Orrefors Vase - Ingeborg Lundin? Empty Orrefors Vase - Ingeborg Lundin?

I think this is Ingeborg Lundin based on the D in the engraved mark. 1950s? I'd love to know more about it but that is as much of the mark as I've been able to decipher! I'm not sure whether to call it a vase or a dish or a bowl. It is 11cm high, 11cm and 23cm wide - these photos are as I found it - not cleaned up yet.
