Seiko Transistor Clock... Info anyone?
Hi,
I came across this Seiko Transistor clock the other day. It came from an estate where the couple lived in the mid-East most of his career and purchased many things while there. I'm striking out finding any info, primarily from US sites so I'm wondering if anyone on this forum might be able to offer some help. I'm thinking this may not have been a US sold product. The clock measures 9"x9", has the Seiko/Hattori Transistor movement (1 C-battery), and a paper label with a possible model number ETX - 642. The case is fake wood mounted on a wood substrait. It keeps good time.
I'm hoping to date this clock and find out if there is a market for it with clock collectors or mid-century enthusiasts. Any help appreciated.
Thanks
Buddy
