That colour makes me think Empoli (mainland Italy) ... Nic will probs know for sure though.

there are several maker who did pieces like this... Ive seen some german friedrich glass vases with a similar design p.o. ström for alsterfors and some lindshammar vases... sorry cant give a 100% attribution

It's definitely NOT PO Strom for Alsterfors (which is why I didn't mention it) - I also didn't mention Elme for the same reason. As far as I can remember, the German companies who made vases similar to that didn't do anything in that bright orange colour.

this glassy stuff is complicated the lindshammar has a probable beside it give me a nice signature anyday

at least from sweden,... had the same one once with an export paperlabel "made in sweden"....
