Cranberry glass roll top vase with trails of tinny bubbles

I am stuck and completely baffled by this one as well as the elusive green cat!...... I think maybe Murano but by who and when from I have no clues!

It has a flat polished base, very heavy and stands 29" high.

I have a vase very similar to this - I believe same maker just slightly different shape. And so far I have tracked it to Czechoslovakian, Chribska, but no definite designer confirmed as far as I remember (maybe Hospodka possibility but I might have remembered that incorrectly). If I find anything further out I 'll post again.
