Newlyn copper tray can anyone put a date on this? Empty Newlyn copper tray can anyone put a date on this?

I think i've got a bargain with this one, Bought this morning on my way to work cost 25 pounds
decorated with sailing boats and a lighthouse, stamped Newlyn, my thoughts is around 1930's but not sure
