Well, it's late and still no sign of sleep, so I'll post these instead.
1st up, a Skegness plate with full pottery name stamp:-
Skegness Pottery Skegne10
Skegness Pottery Skegne11

...and a goblet with monogram mark:-
Skegness Pottery Skegne12
Skegness Pottery Skegne13

...and finally, a bowl with yet another variation of the monogram mark:-
Skegness Pottery Skegne14
Skegness Pottery Skegne15

Skegness Pottery , IMHO, is the best thing to come out of Skeggy....apart from the A52. Big Laughter

Skegness Pottery Empty Treacle glazed vase - Skegness Pottery

Post by Marcusborra on July 14th 2015, 5:36 pm

This looks to be Devon style pottery with a familiar looking decoration. There are some incised initials on the lower edge which appear in my eyes to read SP. I would appreciate any suggestions.

Skegness Pottery. I think the mark must be in someone else’s hand from the usual style, but the decoration is typical.

Skegness Pottery Empty Attractive Studio Vase - Skegness Pottery

Post by Clarehelen on August 25th 2018, 12:11 am

Hello again,
Hoping someone might be able to identify the maker of the studio pottery vase.
It is well made with an attractive glaze. The base is marked but not sure what it says - looks like two letters - maybe an S or G, and a T or I?
It stands 4" tall.
I'd welcome any ideas. Thanks
