Modern Polish or not?

I *think* this may well be contemporary Polish production - however, there's a slim chance it might not be. It's an orangey red glass cased in clear (the clear layer isn't really noticeable in the photos but it is there), has a ground rim and a polished, slightly indented base.

Any opinions?
