What do the marks on the base say please?

I'm sorry, I feel like a dope. I must of had W German pottery on the brain. I don't think this is West German. I took another photo of the base.

I wish I could tell what it says.
It looks like the script part starts with a T and ends with F
and the smaller stamp under it starts with "VIE" probably

try rubbing some soot or cigarette ash onto the base to bring the marks out.
