I absolutely ADORE the work of Diego Rivera - i had a print of one of his paintings (some peasant farmers) on my bedroom wall throughout my student years. Not so keen on his wife's work (Frida Kahlo - just a bit too macabre for my taste, which is saying something as i really like the contemporary artist, Dominic Murphy)

Shocked It does look sinister and a bit scary, which I suppose is the attraction Laughter

I use the Identify and Value my Paintings group on Facebook. They have this link with a bit of info about the artist

https://www.ebth.com/items/1584327-two-diego-rivera-signed-prints

A set of two signed prints by painter and muralist Diego Rivera (Mexican, 1886-1957). Rivera sought to make art that reflects the lives of the Mexican people, using a style of Social Realism, although he is known to have developed his own native style through the use of large, simplified figures and bold colors
