Can we see the base please? What size is it? Is the rim ground?

The rim is ground. The glass is very heavy and nice quality. It does not seem to be molded. 8" 20cm H

Nice quality, perhaps Moser if that base is polished. What I can't tell is if it's cut. Can we have a close up of the indented side bit.

Looks blown and then facet/panel cut. Bohemia, c.1910-1920, would probably be a good place to start looking for manufacturers.

Moser did produce designs along these lines, but so did a few others.
