Chinese / Japanese black textured Vase Empty Chinese / Japanese black textured Vase

I think that this has been hand thrown. Has a textured surface, mimicking ‘hares fur’ and a black glaze. There is a smooth neck and foot band with a Chinese impressed mark. Approx 310mm high. Has a contemporary look and feel (TK Max?) Chinese / Japanese black textured Vase Img_7210

I think it’s from Hungary or Bulgaria, where they make the black clay pottery

The number on the base is typical of European pottery

Wondered about the number. Been looking at east European black art pottery and most of it looks quite ‘folksy’’
