I think it's Danish modern pottery established in 1944 by two brothers ESbern and LAUge, from which the name ESLAU is derived. https://www.eslau-shop.dk/

Hi thank you, yes I agree it's one of their pieces, I'm interested to find out if I can attribute it to one of the brothers in particular, also to find out it's age. I believe it's a very early piece but I'm certainly far from an expert 😀

I would say mid century 1950's, as attributing to a particular brother can be difficult unless you can find marks on any of their previous pieces which has the brothers ES and LAU marks, so could have been made decorated by one of their line workers. https://www.etsy.com/market/eslau_pottery
