is this little brooch Murano glass? Empty is this little brooch Murano glass?

The modelling of the dangling cat and the 'bow' is very good and all highlighted in a gilt finish.
The only similar things I have seen are pressed glass Bimini buttons or larger Murano figures?
I thought c.1940s. It looks like maybe a 'C' impressed on the back of the bow, but could just be a swirl effect!
Please can anyone identify this for me? thankyou.
