Can I have help to identify please

Jug in the form of a upright hedgehog. Black with marks to simulate spines and feet at the front, two of which are protruding. There is a handle at the back and a spout on the head. Height is 26 cm, width 16 cm

There is a name on the base A Luaro? Kutipa? '89

Or maybe an armadillo? Nice thing anyway - the wee feet are beautifully done... Jug in the form of a upright hedgehog - armadillo, maybe Mexico black clay 1f60a

Hungary-Bulgaria and Mexico use black clay (barro negro) to make traditional pottery forms. I think this might be Mexican, and possibly an armadillo

Lovely. I’ve had black figural pots from Mexico before. Last name could be Rutifia
